He has worked for a renowned Munich business consultancy as project leader for process analyses and business reorganisations. After that he joined Airbus as head of business development for pilot training systems and space systems for defence and security. He is certified as Digital Transformation Consultant. He is an expert for the analyses of company cultures and how to improve them.
